ONLINE COURSES

 

1. All purchased licences must be used within a 12-month period from the date of purchase. 
2. Access will be granted via a unique login on receipt of full payment for the course.
3. The login is unique to each end-user and must not be released to any other party. The unique login also allows Yoopa Limited and Course Managers to track student activity on the course.
4. Copyright of this course including but not limited to text, photographs etc. are owned by Yoopa Limited. You may not print or copy any of the materials accompanying the course.
5. All reasonable steps have been taken to ensure the accuracy of this course and the information contained within. No responsibility for losses arising from its use whether direct or indirect is accepted.
6. In the event of any dispute, the liability of Yoopa Limited is restricted to the purchase price of the Yoopa Limited product in question.
